Bob is a Dutch creative who's based in Hilversum, The Netherlands. With over 12 years of experience working in the yacht industry, Bob is no stranger to a world of unique experiences; high expectations and tight deadlines. 

Having been spoon-fed with style; design and spatial awareness from an early age, he originally set out to become a residential architect, starting his Bachelor studies of Architecture & Construction Engineering. After arriving at the Technical University in Delft, he found his sweet spot while studying the Master studies Integrated Product Design. Fusing the knowledge of both design trades, Bob likes to think and operate in both worlds; connecting design, architecture and a splash of art.

During his 10 year employment at yacht design firm he's been involved in some downright epic, award-winning design projects from the earliest sketch to delivery to the client. After taking time to refocus his values, Bob founded his own label Contour Collective, centered around conscious luxury experiences. He likes to be of value in design & construction projects, leaning on his creative, visual and organizational qualities. Bob finds most joy while being involved in distinct, special projects, while closely collaborating with professionals, artisans and clients from all over the globe.
